Workshops are kept to just two hours in length and are scheduled over consecutive weeks to allow for agile and continued progress
Workshops are capped to 10 people to allow for maximum participation and collaboration; team should be a blend of subject matter experts and key stakeholders
Sessions are delivered via in-person collaborative workshops (not lecture format) and they can be virtual-enabled
Pre-class homework (e.g. answer reflection questions) may be assigned before each session to support workshop interaction and outcomes
