logistics

  • 8 – 10 total workshop sessions

  • Workshops are kept to just two hours in length and are scheduled over consecutive weeks to allow for agile and continued progress

  • Workshops are capped to 10 people to allow for maximum participation and collaboration; team should be a blend of subject matter experts and key stakeholders 

  • Sessions are delivered via in-person collaborative workshops (not lecture format) and they can be virtual-enabled

  • Pre-class homework (e.g. answer reflection questions) may be assigned before each session to support workshop interaction and outcomes
